How do we deliver?

Delivery is FREE of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery to all areas of the UK including islands.

We Ship Worldwide Overseas customers will be charged an additional £50 and all items are shipped via FEDEX.

We dispatch stock items within 4-5 days, but please check at time of order as some items are made to order and may take up to 6 weeks. Your order is fully insured so there is no risk to you. Please ensure you or another authorised person is available to accept & sign for your order.

14 Day Returns Policy

We are so confident you are going to absolutely love your new diamond jewellery that we offer all Internet customers a no-quibble 14 day MONEY BACK guarantee!

You will find us helpful organising this, but there are some important things you must do to make the process easy and efficient for both parties. Goods must be returned unworn, undamaged in a condition suitable for re-selling and in original packaging including any certificate and/or valuation.


1. Return all original packaging or you may be liable for replacement costs. The Certificate for example is unique to the diamond and there is a £120.00+VAT replacement fee.

2. Call us BEFORE returning goods. It is very important you send items to our special returns address. Please call Tel 020 3633 3904 or email biggerdiamonds4less@gmail.com to obtain this address and a unique Returns Authorisation Code.

3. Include your name & address, original Invoice Number and Returns Authorisation Code for reference purposes

4. Carefully package the items and send via Special Mail Royal Delivery or other insured courier. Make sure the items are insured for the price you paid for them. Items that are returned without an authorisation code, damaged, uninsured or improperly packaged will not be accepted. We are not liable for the cost of postage or shipping of returned items.

Your returned item(s) will be inspected by our qualified Gemologist within 5 working days. Please note that no refund or exchange can be made if there are signs of wear, damage, alteration or re-sizing. Burscarf Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of returned goods, late delivery or cancellation of your order.

We will contact you to confirm acceptance of you return and arrange exchange or refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please note we do not accept 'selection orders' where you order several items with the intention of choosing what you want to keep and returning those you do not want !
